Refund Policy

You may return any item within 14 days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item once we have received the package. (Use Return process below)

Please note that any returned items must be in resalable condition. Items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund.

Shipping fee of the return package will not be included in the refund, you are responsible for the shipping fees of the return.

Currently we are not able to offer exchange service for any shipping orders. If you want a different size or item please place a new order.

Return process

Step 1: Send a return request to info@sandrasecretgardenbabyboutique.com along with your order number, name of item along with your name and address

Step 2: Our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours with a return address

Step 3: Pack up the item(s) that you want to return and send it back to our warehouse address in the email we sent you with your order number

Step 4: Once our warehouse receives the package, we will process the refund to you within 2-3 business days
